We want you to feel confident in your Peachy Den pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Peachy Den packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
